SMED Doctoral Student Association reps meet with SUS president

A group of graduate students representing the doctoral program in Science/Mathematics Education (SMED) Student Association met with SU System president Ronald Mason Jr. May 2, 2014. Discussions were centered around matters related to the doctoral program, the needs of support from the Southern University System and SMED graduate student involvement in research and development in online learning and capacity building within the Southern University Institutions. Others joining the session included Monique Guillory-Winfield, SUS vice president for academic and students affairs, and Moustapha Diack, professor and interim director of the doctoral program in SMED.
