SU and Education Online Services announce criminal justice online degree program

Southern University and A&M College in conjunction with Education Online Services Corporation, recently announced the launch of the bachelor of science in criminal justice online degree program. The Criminal Justice Program seeks to educate students in the skills required for a successful professional career, including; critical thinking, communication protocols, research methods, statistical and data analysis and computer technology as well as ethical behavior application. The bachelor's program for the bachelor of science degree in criminal justice will be offered completely online and is comprised of (eight) week terms delivered online. The program requires students to complete 120 hours to graduate, but also allows transfer of up to 60 credit hours in previous credits. The criminal courses taken towards the bachelorís degree will be handled through the university with the Nelson Mandela School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs, Department of Criminal Justice overseeing the courses specific to the criminal justice major.
