ARTICLE XIII

ADOPTION OF BYLAWS

The bylaws, policies and regulations here stated shall become effective on the 20th day of October, 1978, or the date on which same are hereafter and amended by actions of the Board, in accordance with Article XI and applicable provisions of policies and regulations of these Bylaws.
