Dr. Eamon M. Kelly of New Orleans, LA

Dr. Kelly represents the 2^nd Congressional District.  His term of service expires on December 31, 2016.  Dr. Kelly is Professor of International Development and Technology Transfer at the Payson Center of Tulane University in New Orleans and President Emeritus of Tulane University.
