SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY TO INTRODUCE NEW HEAD FOOTBALL COACH STUMP MITCHELL

Baton Rouge, La -- The Southern University and A&M College Department of Athletics, along with the Southern University Board of Supervisors, the Interim System President and the Chancellor of the SUBR campus, will formally introduce Lyvonia "Stump" Mitchell" as Southern's new head football coach.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, January 13, at 9:30 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room (2nd floor-J.S Clark Administration Bldg.)

All media representatives, fans and the Jaguar Nation are encouraged to attend.

At the conclusion of the press conference, Coach Mitchell will be available for short, individual interviews in the media room of the North Endzone Complex at 11 a.m.
