RESOLUTION
OF THE

SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

TAPED PROCEEDINGS

In order to ensure consistency in documenting the official actions taken by the Board of Supervisors, the following policy statement is recommended for adoption by the Board.

POLICY STATEMENT

RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors and Agricultural and Mechanical College System

that the following policy be and it is hereby approved.

Any and all proceedings of the Southern University Board of Supervisors that are tape recorded for preparation of the minutes of the Board and Committees thereof shall be maintained for one year following the approval of the written minutes for which the tape is made.

Any existing tapes of previous minutes of the Board and Committee proceedings for which minutes have been approved shall be maintained for immediately following the effective date of the policy.

This policy shall become effective February 1, 2004.
