Baton Rouge campus opens new dormitory

SUBR recently unveiled a new all-male residence hall; the first of its kind in about 40 years. The $13 million structure features four new apartment-style dorms.

The newly opened Ulysses Sully Jones Hall — named after the longtime Southern dean and athletics director who died in 1994 — offers 376 new on-campus beds in modern, suite-style housing and willl be occupied with a mix of freshmen and upperclassmen when fall classes begin.
