Niesha Williams crowned Miss SUNO

Miss SUNO Niesha Williams

On October 25, 2007, Miss Niesha Williams was crowned Miss Southern University, New Orleans 2007-2008 in late October. More than 300 attended the coronation at The Four Columns Banquet and Reception Hall.

The Royal Court includes: Miss Senior, Ashley Madison; Miss Junior, Curticia Carter; Miss Sophomore, Sasha West; and Miss Freshman, Tarriona Ball. The theme for this year's coronation was "Moving from Midnight Madness to Morning Glory".

Guests included the following visiting royalty: Miss SUBR and her Royal Court, Miss SUSLA and her Royal Court, Miss Xavier University at Louisiana, Miss Dillard University at New Orleans, Miss William J. Fischer Charter School, Miss Edna Karr New Orleans Charter School, and Miss O. Perry Walker High School.
