SUSLA Radiologic Technology program marks 20th anniversary

Southern University, Shreveport’s Allied Health Department of Radiologic Technology held its 2007 Graduate Honors Program August 14 at the Riverview Convention Hall.

This year’s event commemorated 20 years of academic excellence while recognizing the accomplishments of 22 students who graduated in the summer semester from the Radiologic Technology program.

The keynote speaker was the founding director and current vice chancellor of student affairs Sharon F. Green.

Green founded the Radiologic Technology program in 1987, a program which continues to be one of the most viable academic programs at Southern University, Shreveport.
