Digital Media Arts Technician
Job Description:
- Provide technical support to faculty and students in the use of a variety of digital media technologies, including but not limited to:
- Computer hardware and software
- Audio and video equipment
- Networking and IP systems
- Assist faculty in the development and implementation of their courses, including:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Assist in providing training and support on digital media technologies
- Manage and maintain the program’s technology infrastructure, including:
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues
- Maintaining inventory and records
Minimal Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
- An understanding of IP Network systems and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
