Digital Media Arts Technician

Job Description:

• Provide technical support to faculty and students in the use of a variety of digital media technologies, including but not limited to:
• Computer hardware and software
• Audio and video equipment
• Networking and IP systems
• Assist faculty in the development and implementation of their courses, including:
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Assist in providing training and support on digital media technologies
• Manage and maintain the program’s technology infrastructure, including:
• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues
• Maintaining inventory and records

Minimal Qualifications:

•  Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
• An understanding of IP Network systems and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
