MISSION STATEMENT

The SUS Division of Information Technology (DoIT) promotes an environment that integrates technology into the fabric of the institution and provides all of the University System constituents with the information, tools, and services they need, when and where they need them, to accomplish their goals. Our operations are guided by these four (4) cardinal principles:

  1. Provide services to support the SUS mission through excellence in design, development, and application of information technology;
  2. Provide leadership and guidance in the use of information technology;
  3. Enable members of the University community to undertake instructional, research, administrative, and managerial tasks in an efficient and cost-effective manner; and
  4. Provide up-to-date technology, timely and reliable services, in a fiscally responsible manner.

mySULogin

mySULogin is a single Sign-On (SSO) login that is required to access a variety of enterprise system-wide applications (firstname.lastname@sus.edu).

Banner Self-Service

Banner Self-Service supports & manages student personal information, financial
aid, class schedule/scheduling, and more

Moodle

Moodle is an online Learning Management System (LMS) where instructors & their students interact in their courses. Students are able to track course instructions, grades, take quizzes, post on forums, and more.

mySUemail

  • Click here to log on to mySUemail 
  • Enter mySUemail address: firstname.lastname@sus.edu 
  • Enter your Password: If logging in for the first-time, your default password will be the first 4 characters of your last name (lower case) and the last four digits of your “U” number

For example, Jane Brown and U1234 password will be brow1234.

mySUmobile

mySUmobile app for the Southern University System simplifies the registration and accounting process for students, faculty and staff . Registering and paying for classes has never been easier. Students can search for classes, view the course details such as class days, times, location and instructor, then sign-up and immediately know if they have successfully registered.

Dynamic Forms
