SUBR | Program Coordinator
Job Description:
The Program Coordinator in the Division of Enrollment Management supports the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and initiatives that promote student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and success. This position also serves as a primary point of contact for the division by answering phones and interacting professionally with students, parents, faculty, and staff. This position works collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective program delivery, operational efficiency, and a positive experience for prospective and current students. The Program Coordinator completes special projects and assignments as directed by the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and performs other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals and operations of the division.
Job Duties:
- Serve as a receptionist for the front desk area. Manage phones and email and route calls and messages appropriately. Greeting visitors to the office, distribute incoming mail. Manage and order office supplies.
- Managing the office by keeping appointment schedules. Administering administrative policies and procedures and providing training in administrative/management practices and procedures. File and maintain physical and digital employee records.
- Make travel arrangements, prepares and submits travel documents for staff and monitor work student applications and student work schedules.
- Coordinating special projects or programs and preparing detailed program reports. Being responsible for all administrative logistics of a program, event, or forum.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years
- Administrative experience preferably in admissions, recruitment or related higher education function
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years
