Associate Director of Clinical Services
Job Description:
- Supervise all clinical staff review of clinical notes, monitoring scheduling and approval in consultation with Executive Director
- Serve as clinical back-up for crises, including hospitalization and/or stabilization
- Participate in Outreach to the campus population
- Carries a small case-load
- Written and oral communication
- Work well with others in a professional environment/Team management
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Working proficiency knowledge of office hardware and software (Ex: Computers & Microsoft)
- Organizational & Time Management
- Safety Precautions
- Laws, rules & regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree, Doctoral Degree preferred
- Ten or more years of experience
- Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Counseling Psychology
