Associate Director of Clinical Services

Job Description:

  • Supervise all clinical staff review of clinical notes, monitoring scheduling and approval in consultation with Executive Director
  • Serve as clinical back-up for crises, including hospitalization and/or stabilization
  • Participate in Outreach to the campus population
  • Carries a small case-load
  • Written and oral communication
  • Work well with others in a professional environment/Team management
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Working proficiency knowledge of office hardware and software (Ex: Computers & Microsoft)
  • Organizational & Time Management
  • Safety Precautions
  • Laws, rules & regulations

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree, Doctoral Degree preferred
  • Ten or more years of experience
  • Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Counseling Psychology
