JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Telehealth Program Coordinator will support the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of teletherapy initiatives under the Rural Connections for Rural Resilience Program. This position will assist with program scheduling, participant tracking, data collection, outreach coordination, and communication with partnering providers and community organizations. The coordinator will ensure alignment with grant deliverables, maintain accurate documentation, and support reporting requirements.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Coordinate program activities, meetings, and outreach efforts

  • Track participant enrollment, referrals, and service delivery.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and documentation for funder and internal reporting requirements.
  • Maintain communication with therapists, participants, and community partners.
  • Assist with scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics for virtual and in-person activities.
  • Contribute to program marketing, community engagement, and evaluation efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in public health, social work, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Community outreach experience
  • Familiarity with telehealth or data systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Rural Connections for Rural Resilience Teletherapy Program
  • Hours: 6-10 hours per week
