SUBR | Assistant Ticket Manager | Position: Full-Time | Salary: $25,000 | Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (commonly Monday–Friday) | Application Deadline: December 31, 2025
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Ticket Manager supports the daily operations of the Athletics Ticket Office, including ticket sales, customer service, event management, and financial reporting. This position ensures efficient, accurate, and customer-focused ticketing operations for all athletic events
JOB DUTIES:
- Process single-game, season, group, and special-event ticket orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate ticket distribution to fans, visiting teams, students, sponsors, and guests.
- Support maintenance of ticketing software and databases.
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Resolve ticket-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Help maintain positive relationships with fans, donors, and internal partners.
- Event Management
- Assist with supervising ticket office operations on game days.
- Coordinate with event management, marketing, compliance, and external operations to ensure smooth entry and ticket scanning.
- Help train and oversee student workers and game-day staff
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of ticketing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's Degree or higher
- 1-2 years of ticketing experience
