SU recruiting bash set for February 3

Southern University will hold its annual "Football Recruiting Bash" February 3 in the new north endzone fieldhouse at A.W. Mumford Stadium. Admission is $20. Refreshments will be served.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the Bash will kick off at 6 p.m. with Southern head coach Lyvonia "Stump" Mitchell slated to discuss the 2010 signing class. The program will feature comments on all of the new Southern signees from Mitchell and fans will also be treated to video highlights of all the new signees.

Fans attending also will get the chance to meet and greet Southern's new head football coach, "Stump" Mitchell, as well as members of his new coaching staff.
