SU Alumni Federation to host Alumni Pride Day, April 1

The Southern University Alumni Federation will host "Alumni Pride Day" on Friday, April 1, 2016. The day's activities include a Student Appreciation event from 12:30 pm – 2 pm on the lawn of the Alumni House. A campus parade at 3 pm that begins at the Dr. Isaac Gregg's Band Room. A Unity Rally will be held at 4 pm on the lawn of the Donald C. Wade House. The day ends with a reception from 5 pm – 7 pm at the Donald C. Wade House for alumni, faculty, and staff.

In the event of inclement weather, the parade and unity rally will be held in the Seymour Gym beginning at 3:30 pm. The closing reception will remain at the Donald C. Wade House from 5 pm – 7 pm.

Everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite blue and gold outfit and join the faculty, staff, students and alumni of SU, for a day of unity.
