Ms. Zazell V. Dudley of Shreveport was appointed to the Board of Supervisors of Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College.  Ms. Dudley is the director of economic development for the Caddo-Bossier Parish Port Commission.  She will represent the 4^th congressional district.
