Mr. Chris Masingill

Chris Masingill has been CEO of St. Tammany Corporation since July 2018, leading initiatives that brought $291.9 million in investments, 2,299 jobs, and St. Tammany’s first 5-year economic development plan, THRIVE2023. Under his leadership, the organization earned IEDC’s “EDO of the Year” in 2024 and numerous other accolades, while launching key programs like Advance St. Tammany and Startup Northshore. Previously, Masingill was the federal co-chairman of the Delta Regional Authority, securing $1.6 billion in investments and advancing entrepreneurship, workforce development, and minority business programs. A Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and award-winning leader, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Wesleyan University and specializes in economic development, disaster recovery, and community revitalization.
