Joshua G. Hollins

Joshua G. Hollins, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a graduate of LSU with a bachelor's in communication and a juris doctorate from Southern University Law Center, currently serves as Director of Public Finance at Stifel, focusing on municipal bonds and financial structures.
Before joining the private sector, Hollins had a distinguished career in public service, notably as the Executive Director of the Louisiana Housing Corporation, where he oversaw housing activities with a substantial budget, aiming to enhance homeownership, rental affordability, and disaster recovery in the state. His public service also includes significant roles such as Legislative Director and Executive Counsel at the Department of Transportation and Development, where he made history as the youngest and first African American to hold the position of Executive Counsel. Additionally, he served as Community and Legislative Director at the Louisiana Attorney General's Office.
With a wealth of experience in government, Hollins has developed a keen focus on electoral politics and government relations leading him to found Concordia Consulting, LLC, which has managed and advised numerous elections at the local, state and federal levels of government. Additionally, the firm offers strategic advisory services to clients in the engineering, project management and government sectors.
Hollins' expertise in government and executive management is highly sought after by both corporate and nonprofit organizations. He currently sits on the boards of several notable entities, including Colossal Media, Care South Medical, GEC, Inc., the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus Foundation, and the Louisiana Arts and Science Museum.
Furthermore, Hollins holds memberships in the Louisiana State Bar and possesses Series 52 and 63 investment banking licenses, further underscoring his credentials and qualifications in both legal and financial domains.
