SUSLA TRiO programs to receive over $9 million from the U.S. Department of Education

Southern University Shreveport TRiO programs will receive over $9 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Education. The grant check will be presented during the press announcement Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the atrium of the Dr. Leonard Barnes Administration Building which is located on the main Shreveport campus, 3050 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

Southern University, Baton Rouge (SUBR) and Education Online Services Corporation are pleased to announce the launch of a new online degree--the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA). The online degree is housed within the Department of Public Administration which is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration.
